物流联盟是应对外部市场快速变化而形成的一种虚拟企业,盟员选择是联盟成功与否的关键因素。结合某供销储运公司组建物流联盟的实际问题,建立了ANP理论为基础的盟员选择模型,并利用超级决策软件进行求解。案例显示,加权超级矩阵在软件求解的基础上可以快速收敛,得出各种方案的优先排序,从而帮助管理者简便、有效地进行方案决策。
Logistics alliance is a virtual enterprise to meet with quickly change of exterior market and the member selection is a key problem to performance of the alliance. Analytic network process (ANP) and Super Decisions software were used to complete member selection for Supply and Marketing Transport & Warehouse Company. It is shown in the case that Super Matrix is easy to constringe the selection sequence assisted by the software, which is efficient and convenient for manager to evaluate and choose the project.
