英文摘要：
This study was mainly on the inhibitory effect of SY286 strain against Plasmopara viticola. The analysis result of metabolism products from SY286 strain showed that its metabolism products contained some antibacterial substance such as cellulase, proteinase and siderophore. SY286 strain could lead to the myeelia and sporangium shrunken and fracted by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. It exhibited strong antibacterial activity against P. viticola after shaking culture 3 days, with inhibitory effect of 93.18%. Antagonistic protein was obtained by adding ammonium sulphate to supernatant fluid of SY286 to a finial saturation of 60%, and it showed a good control effect （76.30%） against P. viticola .
