芒草是一种极具开发价值的新型能源作物,芒草在用作厌氧发酵原料时,其存储时间对产甲烷潜力有一定的影响。文章将芒草收割后分别经过0,5,15,30和45 d存储,分析不同存储时间芒草的理化性质发现TS,VS,VFA,SCOD,p H值,纤维素,半纤维素,木质素,叶绿素均发生了变化,芒草的TS含量从存储时间0 d的43.92%上升到45 d的91.52%,VS含量也从0 d的41.87%上升到45 d的86.27%。对经过不同存储时间处理的芒草进行产甲烷潜力(BMP)测试,结果显示存储时间为0,5,15,30和45 d的芒草的产甲烷潜力分别为196.54,192.68,179.73,154.89和161.59 m L·g~(-1)VS。存储时间0~30 d的BMP呈现线性下降趋势,存储时间大于30 d的理化性质和BMP趋于稳定,总体上随着芒草存储时间的延长,芒草的理化性质随之改变,产甲烷潜力随存储时间的延长而降低。
Miscanthussinensis is one of the most valuable plants for biogas production. This study focused on the influences of different storage times( 0,5,15,30 and 45 days) after harvest of Miscanthussinensis on potential methane productivity.The result showed that different storage time of 0,5,15,30 and 45 days obtained different potential methane productivity of 196. 54,192. 68,179. 73,154. 89 and 161. 59 m L·g~(-1) VS respectively,which was on a declining curve. The physiochemical parameters of Miscanthussinensis,including TS,VS,VFA,SCOD,p H,cellulose content,hemicellulose content,lignin content and chlorophyll were analyzed. All these physicochemical properties had some changes along with the different storage time. The TS content was increased from 43. 92% for 0 days of storage to 91. 52% for 45 days of storage,and the VS content increased from 41. 87% to 86. 27%. The physicochemical properties and methane potential tended to be stable when the storage times were more than 30 days.
