采用色谱法测定二氯苯在二苯胺中无限稀释活度系数,并采用单参数法关联Wilson方程中模型参数;测定二氯苯之间的二元体系汽液平衡数据,采用三对二元体系模型参数关联对二氯苯-邻二氯苯-二苯胺、间二氯苯-邻二氯苯.二苯胺及对二氯苯-间二氯苯-二苯胺体系的汽液平衡数据,并与实验值比较;采用5对二元体系模型参数结合四元体系的汽液平衡实验数据,用最小方差法关联四元体系中第6对模型参数,并计算四元体系的汽液平衡数据,与实验值比较,实验与计算值误差均小于5%。实验和计算结果为混合二氯苯的萃取精馏分离提供基础数据。
The infinite dilute activity coefficient of dichlorobenzene in diphenylamine was measured by chromatogram apparatus. The parameters were simulated by the single parameter method in Wilson equation. Vapor-liquid equilibrium ( VLE ) data of binary system were determined for dichlorobenzene. The VLE data were correlated for p-dichlorobenzene-o-dichlorobenzene-diphenylamine, m-dichlorobenzene- o-dichlorobenzene-diphenylamine, p-dichlorobenzene-m-dichlorobenzene-diphenylamine by three pairs of model parameters, and compared with the experimental data. The sixth pair of model parameter was correlated by five pairs of model parameters of binary system with VLE data of quaternary system of four compounds, the minimum variance method was used in the calculation process, and compared with the experimental data. The comparison shows that the difference of experiment and calculation is less than 5%. The experimental and correlative results can provide a basis for extractive distillation separation of dichlorobenzene mixture.
