In this paper, the Thiazole Orange （ TO ）with carboxyl （namely TO-COOH） was synthesized and modified by chitosan oligosaccharide （CTS）to produce Thiazole Orange-chitosan oligosaccharide（TO-COOH-CTS）. The target compound was confmned by infrared spectrum（IR） and differential scanning calorimetry（DSC）test mode.The effect of the fluorescence enhancement on TO-COOH-CTS was shown obviously by the fluorescence spectrum.
