研究目的：从微观福利视角，探究影响农户参与宅基地置换意愿的驱动因素。研究方法：以湖北省4个典型村的117户农户为调查对象，采用问卷调查法和Logistic回归分析方法进行研究。研究结果：受教育程度、职业技能、宅基地置换政策了解度、新区公共服务设施情况4类因素对农户宅基地置换意愿有显著影响，且均对农户参与宅基地置换有正向推动作用。研究结论：以尊重农民意愿为前提，差别化引导和推动农户参与宅基地置换；强化宅基地置换政策宣传力度，实现信息公开透明化；以增进农户福利为宅基地置换效果的衡量尺度。
英文摘要：
The purpose of this study is to explore the driving factors of farmers’ willingness to participate in the rural residential land replacement from the perspective of micro welfare. Research methods： This paper employs 4 typical villages in Hubei Province, 117 households for the survey. The questionnaire survey method and Logistic regression analysis are applied. The results show that： the factors influencing farmers’ willingness of participation in the homestead replacement include education, professional skill, degree to understanding homestead replacement policy, potential public service facilities. They have a positive role in promoting the participation of farmers in the homestead replacement. Based on this, the article gets some enlightenments. Respecting the wishes of farmers is the premise. We should guide and promote the participation of farmers in the homestead replacement respectively as well as strengthen the homestead replacement policy propaganda to realize the information transparency. We also should take farmers’ welfare as the homestead replacement efficiency measure scale.
