结合某拟建地下工程项目,在典型腐蚀性区域开挖原位浸泡井,开展现场原位浸泡试验研究。进行室内未浸泡混凝土试块的28和63 d立方体抗压强度试验,28 d快速碳化试验,混凝土试块经现场原位浸泡6个月后进行侵蚀深度检测,用扫描电镜进行试样的微观结构观察。结果表明:混凝土经原位浸泡后其微观结构和宏观形态发生明显改变,试块经现场原位浸泡6个月后的侵蚀深度随单方水泥用量的增加而减少,随水胶比的增大而增大,随未浸泡试块的28、63 d的抗压强度增加而减少。
The in-situ soak well was excavated at a typical corrosion region, and the concrete immersion experiment were carried out. The 28-day and 63-day cube crushing strength test, the un-soaked concrete specimen carbonization test were performed. The concrete erosion depths after six-month immersion were detected, and the microstructure of the specimens was determined by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the microstructure and macroscopic shape of soaked concrete specimen change. The concrete erosion depth after six-month immersion decreased with the increase of cement amount per cubic meter and the 28-day and 63-day cube crushing strengths. The concrete erosion depth after six-month immersion increased with the increase of water-binding material ratio.
