目的:从血液流变学和红细胞膜组分的变化阐释补阳还五汤改善气虚血瘀模型大鼠血液黏稠度的作用机制.方法:40只Wistar大鼠,随机分为补阳还五汤高、低剂量组、气虚血瘀模型组及空白对照组,每组10只.给药14天后,测定血液流变学相关指标.结果:与模型组相比,补阳还五汤可明显降低气虚血瘀模型大鼠的全血黏度及血浆黏度(P<0.05);对巯基、唾液酸含量及Na+-K+-ATP酶活性有不同程度的改善(P<0.05).结论:补阳还五汤可能通过增强红细胞膜上Na+-K+-ATP酶活性、负电荷及巯基含量影响膜上脂质代谢增强红细胞变形性,降低全血黏度,改善气虚血瘀状况.
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of action in Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis rats by Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BYHWD).The change of hemorheology and the components of erythrocyte membrane were studied.Method:Forty wistar rats were randomly assigned to BYHWD high-dose group and low-dose group,model group and control group with 10 rats in each group.The related indexes of hemorheology and the components of erythrocyte membrane were determined after giving medicine for 14 days.Results:Compared with model group,BYHWD could decrease the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis model of the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity obviously(P < 0.05);Thiol,saliva acid,MDA content and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity had been improved in different degrees(P < 0.05).Conclusion:BYHWD can improve the red cell membrane Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity,carrying capacity of negative and sulfhydryl content and improve erythrocyte deformability,reduce the viscosity of the whole blood and improve the status of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis.
