为了解决当前产品模型描述复杂生产过程过于复杂化,导致计算机系统难以理解和执行力低下等问题,提出了一种面向复杂生产过程的新的产品模型构建方法。通过研究了制造执行系统基础运行平台以及产品模型在制造执行系统中的作用的基础之上,提出了产品模型自顶向下的框架结构,并介绍结构中相关对象定义。通过详细阐述产品模型结构中各个对象所代表的具体内容及其相互关系,从而完成整个产品模型的配置过程。结合具体实例的描述过程以及对模型的分析,表明了所提出模型的可行性与有效性,为复杂生产过程产品建模提供了一条可行的解决途径。
To deal with the problems that the complex production process is so complex that it is too difficult for the computer systems to understand and execute the process described by the traditional product modeling methods, a new method of the pro- duct model about the complex production process is proposed. By describing the configuration of the manufacturing execution system platform on which the product model is running on and analyzing what role the product model plays on the manufacturing execution system platform, the top-down frame structure of the product model is constructed and the related objects of the model are defined. The entire configuration process of the product model is completed by describing the specific content various objects represent in the product model structure. At last detailed modeling steps are given out and the model is evaluated. The feasibility and validity of the product model is verified by practical applications and the product model is provided as a feasible solution to the product modeling of the complex production process.
