利用正交试验对投加硫酸铝条件下纳米铁降解水中硝酸盐氮的效果进行了详细研究。试验结果表明,纳米铁投加量是影响硝酸盐降解的主要因素,其次是反应时间、混凝剂的量、硝酸盐的初始浓度以及pH值等。投加硫酸铝后可有效促进纳米铁钝化保护层溶解和电子、离子迁移速率,从而大大提高硝酸盐降解速率。最后在优化工艺条件基础上,探讨了温度对于纳米铁降解硝酸盐速率的影响。
The dinitrification of nitrate in water using nanoscale zero-valent iron (NZVI) with addition of aluminium sulphate was reported. According to the result of the orthogonal experiment, the dosage of NZVI was found to have a significant effect on the nitrate removal, and the sequence of the other impact factors on nitrate removal was reaction time, dosage of the aluminium sulphate(Al2(SO4)3), initial concentration of nitrate nitrogen and pH. The degraduation rate of nitrate was found to be accelerated in addition of Al2(SO4)3 significantly, which could effectively promote the dissolving of the passivation layer of NZVI in the aerobic solution, as well as the migration rate of electrons and ions. On the base of orthogonal experiment, the effect of temperature on denitrification was also investgated.
