以筒装料管道水力输送中料筒起动阶段为研究对象,研究料筒起动时承担输运任务的水流的平均流速与料筒荷重间的内在联系。给出了4种不同几何参数的料筒,在不同荷重下的起动流速,得出料筒的起动流速与荷重成正比变化;在荷重和筒长相同的情况下,较大直径的料筒更容易起动;在荷重和料筒直径相同的情况下,较长长度的料筒更容易起动。以上结果可供后续研究和工程设计时参考。
The article studies mostly the incipient motion process in tube-contained raw material hydraulic transportation. The internal relations between average velocity of water flow and load weight is discussed when stuff canister moves incipiently. The article offer four different geometry parameter case . The study of water flow velocity under different load weight. It is concluded that, in the same weight and length of the larger diameter stuff canister makes incipient motion easier, and in the same weight and diameter the larger length stuff canister makes incipient motion easier. That offers the reference to the project design and disquisition later.
