针对初中物理教师教学能力现状和专业发展需求,选取洛阳市6个县(市)的学校进行问卷调查.在对问卷进行统计分析的基础上,对培训内容、培训方式、考核方式提出若干建议.
Aimed at the status quo and needs of professional development on the part of junior high school physics teachers,a questionnaire on the basis of 6 Luoyang middle schools is conducted. Based on statistics thus obtained,this paper proposes suggestions on training contents,training mode and evaluation method.
