对于国内外企业,尤其是生产制造型企业来说,质量问题一直是制约或提升企业发展的关键因素。而工序质量改进是解决产品质量问题的一个重要环节。持续的质量改进可以不断地提高企业产品的竞争力,所以一直是近几年人们研究的热点问题。介绍了工序质量改进的基本知识以及Minitab软件的特点,分析了Minitab在工序质量改进上的应用,结合电能表磁系统装配的现实问题,利用Minitab软件对其装配工序质量进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了改进措施,以此来提高磁系统装配的合格率。
For domestic and foreign enterprises,especially the manufacturing enterprises,quality is always a key factor that restricts or promotes enterprise's development.However,process quality improvement is an important link to solve the problem of the product quality.And continuous quality improvement can enhance enterprise's products competitive,therefore it has been the research hotpot in recent years.It introduces the characteristics of Minitab software and the basic knowledge of process quality improvement,analyzes Minitab application in the process of quality improvement.Combining with realistic assembling problems of magnetic system,the current quality of assembly process is analyzed by utilizing software Minitab and specific improving measures are put forward,thus the qualification rate of assembly process is improved.
