目的 探讨三甲医院医疗资源整体下沉对基层医疗环境的影响。方法 统计、分析基层分院惠民费用,培训人次,门诊、住院患者花费费用,转诊情况,患者诊疗及周转情况。结果 3年累计惠民35 753 577.43元,其中药品零差率优惠184 093 922.00元,“六免一救助”优惠2 090 695.97元;培训合计904人次,转诊合计1 085人次。结论 新医改下优质医疗资源的下沉能够有效解决基层患者看病贵、看病难、看名医难的问题,能够切实保障转诊有序,合理分流患者。

Objective To discuss the impact of medical resources in the top three hospitals sinking on the basic - level medical environment. Methods Huimin cost, training people, training cost, outpatient fee, inpatient fee, the circumstance of treatment and turn- over of the establishment of primary branch from general hospital were recorded and analyzed. Results The medical expenses 35 753 577.43 yuan of Huimin cost were benefitted by the common people in the about 3 years. The drugs cost privilege was 184 093 922 yuan and the six - exemption and one - assistance project privilege was 2 090 695.97 yuan. Total 904 people received the training; The number of transfer treatment total was in 1 085 people. Conclusion Excellent medical resources sinking could efficiently solve with expensive medical bills and difficult access to medical services and famous doctors, and ensure the referral order and rationally divert the basic unit patients in the new medical reform.
