Yibing Li was born in 1967. He received his B.S. degree from Harbin Ship Engineering Institute in 1989, and received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University in 1996 and 2003. respectively. He is currently working as a professor in College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. His main research interests are cognitive radio technology, wireless communication technology, image processing and information fusion the- ory. She received her B.S. degree and M.S. degree in College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University in 2007 and 2010, respectively. She is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University.
