作为一种较为成熟的技术,堆浸工艺已广泛应用于各种低品位矿石的浸出,但基础理论方面的研究还很不完善。首先对堆浸过程中矿岩散体进行研究尺度的划分,提出基于显微影像分析技术、CT技术和图像处理技术等对矿岩散体多尺度空间结构实现可视化,并通过对浸出体系中多相多场耦合作用和跨尺度关联问题的深入分析,提出了现阶段研究中一系列有待解决的问题。然后,详细论述了多过程耦合数值模拟的研究内容。结合国外微生物浸矿机理的研究成果,以原生黄铜矿为研究对象,总结出微生物堆浸研究的工作重点。最后,在介绍国内外堆浸技术研究进展的基础上,重点阐述了堆浸理论的研究难点。
As a kind of mature technology,heap leaching has been widely used to leach low-grade ore,but its theory research is no perfect.Firstly,study scale partition of ore-rock granular in heap leaching is carried out.It is proposed that the visualization of multi-scale spatial structure of ore-rock granular can be realized based on microscopic image analysis technology,CT technology and image processing technology.Through in-depth analysis of linking scale,multi-phase and multi-field coupling,a series of problems to be solved at this stage are presented.Then,a number of researches about coupled numerical simulation of multiple processes are discussed in detail.With foreign research results on mechanism of microbial leaching,some research on microbial heap leaching is brought forward which regards native chalcopyrite as the research object.Finally,based on introduction of heap leaching technology at home and abroad,research difficulties of heap leaching theory are emphasized.
