Objective： To establish the HPLC fingerprint of debark peony root fried with bran from different areas. Methods： Inertsil ODS-SP Extend C18 column（250mm×4.6mm, 5μm） was used with 0.1%H3PO4-acetonitrile solution（gradient ablution） as a mobile phase and detected at 230 nm wavelength with flow rate as 1m L/min. Results： The HPLC fingerprint of debark peony root fried with bran from different areas was established. Fourteen common peaks were pinpointed, and six common peaks were identified. Conclusion： The method is simple, reproducible and reliable, which provides a reliable analytical method for evaluating the quality of debark peony root fried with bran from different areas scientifically and synthetically.
