目的:建立麸炒白芍饮片HPLC指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱:Inertsil ODS-SP Extend C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流速:1.0m L/min。检测波长:230nm。流动相:0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈组成,梯度洗脱。结果:建立了麸炒白芍饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,并标定了14个共有峰,指认了其中的6个共有峰。结论:此法简便、准确、快速,为全面科学评价麸炒白芍饮片质量提供了可靠的分析方法。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of debark peony root fried with bran from different areas. Methods: Inertsil ODS-SP Extend C18 column(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used with 0.1%H3PO4-acetonitrile solution(gradient ablution) as a mobile phase and detected at 230 nm wavelength with flow rate as 1m L/min. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of debark peony root fried with bran from different areas was established. Fourteen common peaks were pinpointed, and six common peaks were identified. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and reliable, which provides a reliable analytical method for evaluating the quality of debark peony root fried with bran from different areas scientifically and synthetically.
