英文摘要：

Objective： To investigate bone morphogenetic protein 7（BMP-7） expression in the chronic graft-versus-host disease（cGVHD） murine lupus nephritis model and to study the effect of tripterygium glycosides on it.Methods： Compared with the prednisone as positive control,the BMP-7 expression was observed by tripterygium glycosides to model.And then,the pathological change and the function damage were observed by the model.Results： The effect,which prevent or decrease the function deterioration and the pathological change,was related to the increase of BMP-7 expression.Conclusion： That the pathological change could be decreased by the tripterygium glycosides may be related to increase significantly the BMP-7 expression.
