针对舰船直流系统短路电流大、短路时间常数小的特点.对基于人工过零原理的真空直流断路器的高速操动机构进行了仿真和实验研究。该高速操动机构利用涡流效应产生电磁斥力,推动运动部件实现高速动作。笔者建立了电磁斥力机构的三维有限元模型.对其动态过程进行了仿真分析:根据仿真设计的结构参数制作了实验样机,实验样机的线圈电流波形以及机械运动特性的测试结果与仿真结果较为吻合。
According to the characteristic of large fault current and small time constant of the ship DC system, simulation analysis and experimental investigations are carried out on high-speed actuator of vacuum DC circuit breaker based on the principle of artificial current zero. Tile opening force of this high-speed actuator is generated by an electrodynamic drive based on eddy effect. A three-dimensional finite element model of the electrodynamic drive is established. The dynamic characteristic of the mechanism is simulated. And a prototype is built according to the parameters of the simulation model. The current waveforms and the mechanical movement characteristic of the prototype correspond with the simulation result.
