通过自蔓延高温合成法制备了Eu离子掺杂的Ca-α-SiAlON和Y-α-SiAlON陶瓷荧光粉。用X射线衍射分析荧光粉的相结构。用扫描电子显微镜观察荧光粉的微观形貌。用荧光分光光度计测试荧光粉的发光性能。研究了Eu,Ca和Y离子浓度对荧光粉荧光波长的影响。结果表明:荧光粉平均晶粒直径小于5μm,呈黄绿色,具有稳定的荧光性能。激发光为蓝光或近紫外光,发射光为绿光或黄光,与白光发光二极管对荧光粉的要求相一致。

英文摘要:

The Eu ion doped Ca-α-SiAlON and Y-α-SiAlON ceramic phosphor were prepared using the self-propagating high-temperature synthesis method. The phase of the phosphor was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, the microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope and the luminescence property was tested by fluorescence spectrophotometer. The effects of the Eu, Ca and Y ion concentrations on the fluorescence wavelength of the phosphor were investigated. The results show that the average grain diameter of the phosphor is less than 5 μm, the color is yellow-green and the fluorescence property is stable. The excitation light of the phosphor is blue or near-violet, and the emission light is green or yellow, which is consistent with the need for phosphor of white light emitting diodes.
