为了对海洋钻修机模块结构进行耐久性评估,基于层次分析法对服役中的钻修机模块结构耐久性问题展开研究,提出了耐久性评估的15个指标,并结合模糊隶属度函数与专家评定方法来确定钢结构的耐久性级别。该方法在保证评估结果准确的前提下,避免了钢结构耐久性评估的复杂运算。以南海海域某钻修机为例,结合该钻修机模块结构的服役数据,应用层次分析法对其进行了耐久性评估。评估结果表明,该钻修机模块结构耐久性级别为Ⅱ级,整体耐久性较好,可继续安全服役。
To assess the durability of offshore drilling and workover rig module structure, research on the durability of offshore drilling and workover rig module structure in service was conducted on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) . 15 indexes concerning the durability assessment were formulated. The durability grade of steel structure was determined according to the fuzzy membership function and the expert evaluation method. In the precondition of ensuring the preciseness of assessment result the method overcomes the complex operation in the durability assessment of steel structure. Taking some drilling and workover rig in the South China Sea as an example, the AHP was applied to assess the durability of its modular structure referring to its service data. The assessment shows that the durability of the rig module structure belongs to Grade 2. The whole durability is desirable and the rig can continue its safe service.
