象皮生肌散对实验大鼠慢性皮肤溃疡表皮生长因子表达影响的研究

目的观察象皮生肌散对慢性皮肤溃疡大鼠创面新生肉芽组织中表皮生长因子(EGF)水平的影响,探讨象皮生肌散对皮肤溃疡愈合的作用机理。方法将90只SD大鼠随机分成象皮生肌散组、康复新液组和模型组,每组30只,参照沈道修改良塑料环肉芽肿定量法,经改进制成慢性皮肤溃疡模型,组内再随机分成术后5d、10d2个时间点,每个时间点处死10只大鼠,术前禁食,用SABC免疫组化法检测大鼠创面新生肉芽组织中EGF的表达。结果象皮生肌散组平均愈合时间较康复新液组及模型组分别提前4d(P〈0.05)及7d(P〈0.01);象皮生肌散组局部创面新生肉芽组织中EGF的计数与分布都优于模型组(P〈0.01)。结论象皮生肌散能够增加皮肤溃疡创面肉芽组织中EGF的表达,对皮肤溃疡组织的愈合有促进作用。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the effects of Xiangpi Shengji powder on the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on the newborn granulation of chronic skin ulcer of rat models, and to discuss the function of Xiangpi Shengji powder in promting wound healing. Methods 90 SD rats were randomly divided into Xiangpi Shengji powder group, Kangfuxin Ye group and model group with 30 rats in each group. According to the ameliorating plastic ring quantifying method of Shen Daoxiu, the rats were made into chronic skin ulcer models. Each group was randomly divided into two time points of the 5th days and 10th days after operation.10 rats were killed in each group every time after abrosia, and the expression of EGF was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The average healing time of Xiangpi Shengji powder group was 4 days (P0.05)earlier than that of Kangfu Xin liquid group and 7 days (P0.01)earlier than that of model group respectively. The count and distribution of the EGF in the newborn granulation of Xiangpi Shengji powder group were superior to that of model group(P0.01). Conclusion Xiangpi Shengji powder can increase the expression of EGF in the granulation tissule of wound so as to promote wound healing.
