本文应用石蜡切片法对沙木蓼与宽叶沙木蓼的根、茎、叶进行了显微观察,并通过对照标本和实地考察,从解剖构造和形态特征两方面进行了比较分析。结果表明:沙木蓼与宽叶沙木蓼叶的结构均是全栅型,其中宽叶沙木蓼的叶缘处表皮下面有几个形状、大小与表皮细胞相似且紧密排列的厚角组织细胞,沙木蓼则不存在这一类型的细胞;沙木蓼的枝干直立生长,而宽叶沙木蓼的枝条呈藤本状,下垂或倒伏生长。沙木蓼的果实黑色且有光泽,宽叶沙木蓼的果实灰褐色无光泽,其果实比沙木蓼的大而且重(重量比为2:1)。因此,宽叶沙木蓼是沙木蓼的变种。
Roots, stems and leaves ofAtraphaxis braeteata A. Los. andAtraphaxis braeteata A. Los. var. latifolia H. C. Fu et M. H. Zhao were observed under light microscope by the method of paraffin section. Their anatomical structures and morphology characters were compared and analyzed by contrasting their specimen and spots investigation. The results showed : the structures of their leaves were total - palisade. There were sevral eollenehyma cells under epidermis of the leaf margin inAtraphaxis braeteata var. latifolia , butAtraphaxis braeteata had no such phenomenon. The branches ofAtraphaxis braeteata var. latifolia grew erectly; the branches of Atraphaxis braeteata var. latifolia were vinelike, hang down or lodfing. The fruit ofAtraphaxis braeteata was black and glossy ,Atraphaxis braeteata var. latifolia "s was prey brown with no glossy, and bigger and heavier thanAtraphaxis braeteata's ( proportion of weight 2 : 1 ). Therefore ,Atraphaxis braeteata var. latifolia was a variety species of Atraphaxis braeteata.
