针刺加冷刺激配合舌肌训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的康复疗效评价

目的:观察针刺加冷刺激配合舌肌训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的影响及康复疗效评价。方法:将191例确诊为脑卒中吞咽障碍患者随机分为观察组96例,对照组95例。观察组给予针刺加冷刺激配合舌肌训练治疗,对照组给予冷刺激配合舌肌训练治疗,15d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后对疗效进行比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组吞咽障碍疗效显著提高(P〈0.01);观察组肺部感染率、营养不良发生率及病死率均较对照组明显降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:针刺加冷刺激配合舌肌训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍功能康复具有显著效果,能减少肺部感染、营养不良发生率及病死率。

英文摘要:

Objective: The rehabilitation effect evaluation of tri-tongue-acus and cold stimulus add tongue muscle training to stroke patients with swallowing disorder. Methods: 191 cases were diagnosed as cerebral swallowing disorder stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group 96 cases were given the treatment of tri-tongue-acus and cold stimulus add perverse tongue muscle training. Control group 95 cases were given the treatment of cold modulates and the tongue muscle training, 15 days for a period of treatment. The curative effect were compared and analyzed after continuous 2 courses treatment. Results: The total effective rate of comparisons has significant difference (P〈0.01). After treatment, the lung infection malnutrition morbidity and mortality of the observation group are lower than the control group, the two groups have obvious or significant difference compared (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: Tri-tongue-acus and cold stimulus add tongue muscle training has remarkable effect function to the recovery stroke patients with swallowing disorder, can reduce the pulmonary infection and malnutrition incidence, even mortality.
