目的:研究化浊解毒方对糖尿病模型大鼠血清GLP-1浓度的影响。方法:以长期高糖高脂饮食喂养加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)尾静脉注射的方法,建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,分为空白组、模型组、化浊解毒方组干预4周后,检测各组大鼠血清GLP-1、胰岛素及血糖水平。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠空腹及餐后GLP-1、胰岛素水平显著降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),血糖、糖化血清蛋白水平显著升高(P〈0.01);与模型组相比,化浊解毒方组大鼠空腹及餐后GLP-1、胰岛素水平显著升高(P〈0.01),血糖、糖化血清蛋白水平显著降低(P〈0.01)。结论:化浊解毒方的降糖作用可能与其升高糖尿病模型大鼠空腹及餐后GLP-1、胰岛素浓度相关。
Objective:To study the effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Formula on serum GLP-1 in diabetic rats.Methods:The type 2 diabetes mellitus model was established with long-term high sugar and fat diet plus a small dose of streptozotocin(STZ)intravenous injection.Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,model group and Huazhuo Jiedu formula group.The rats in the Huazhuo Jiedu Formula group were given the Huazhuo Jiedu Formula by gavage,while the rats in the control group and model group were given the distilled water by gavage,continuously for 4 weeks.The levels of serum GLP-1,insulin and blood glucose were detected.Results:Compared with the model group,the levels of both the fasting and postprandial insulin and serum GLP-1 in the Huazhuo Jiedu Formula group were remarkably decreased(P〈0.01),while the levels of blood glucose,glycosylated serum protein were significantly decreased(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The hypoglycemic effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Formula may be related to the increases of both of fasting and postprandial GLP-1 and insulin.
