深圳社区女性阴道分泌物普查的微生态研究

目的对深圳社区内女性阴道分泌物普查结果进行分析,以期对阴道微生态的研究提供资料。方法详细记录体检者健康情况、生活习惯、工作现状等因素,采取革兰染色方法,检查深圳社区体检女性阴道分泌物,根据检查结果进行高风险患病因素分析。结果乳酸杆菌是阴道内主要菌群,占样本总数的94.11%。此外,真菌占样本总数的5.41%、支原体占4.18%、滴虫占2.76%、加德纳杆菌占4.81%。中青年妇女在菌群数量中占据主要地位。针对阴道微生态异常进行Logistic回归分析,发现文化程度高、经济状况好、卫生情况佳是保护性因素。怀孕次数多、多性伴侣、初次性交年龄小、年龄大和血糖高等是危险因素。结论深圳社区的女性阴道健康情况尚可,通过健康教育和提升卫生情况有望进一步改善该社区女性健康情况。

英文摘要:

Objective To analyze the results of female vaginal secretions survey in Shenzhen community, in order to provide information for the study of vaginal micro ecology. Methods The factors of medical health, lifestyle and working status were record. The vaginal secretions were examined by Gram staining method, and the results of the inspection were used for analyzing high risk factors. Results Lactic acid bacteria was the main bacteria in the vagina, which accounted for 94.11% of the total samples. In addition, fungi accounted for 5.41%, Mycoplasma accounted for 4.18% , trichomonad accounted for 2.76, Gardnerella accounted for 4.81%. Young and middle-aged women occupied a major position in the number of bacteria. Logistic regression analysis showed that the high degree of education, good economic condition, and good health conditions were the protective factors for female vaginal micro ecology, and the risk factors were more pregnancies, muhiple sex partners, small age of the first sexual intercourse, old age and the high blood sugar. Conclusion The condition of women vaginal health is fair in Shenzhen community, health education and health situation enhanced are expected to further improve the health situation of the female in the community.
