应变式压杆压力传感器是测量空气冲击波反射超压的一种比较简单有效的方法.本文用数值模拟的方法对应变式压杆压力传感器系统测试过程进行模拟研究,并与理论结果进行比较,分析压杆表面划痕在不同特征压力脉冲下对测试结果的影响;得到了不同上升前沿的梯形脉冲及三角形脉冲条件下压杆的响应误差,定性或半定量得到压杆表面划痕对测试结果的影响形态及范围.研究表明:压杆的表面划痕对测试结果的影响很大,并且脉冲上升前沿越小,对测试结果的峰值影响就越大;另外,划痕对梯形脉冲的幅值影响大,而对三角形脉冲的震荡频率影响不大.模拟结果对实验测试结果的分析解读有一定参考价值.
The finite element method was applied to analyze the pressure bar system. The effect of thenick on the pressure bar surface is studied. With numerical simulation the response of different risingfront of trapezium impulse and triangle impulse is studied. The investigation indicates that the nick inthe pressure bar has great effect on the measure results. And the shorter the impulse rise time is, andthe bigger the peak value is. In addition, the nick affects the amplitude of the trapezium impulse more,and also, the vibration frequency of the triangle impulse more. The simulation results have some valuefor measuring the reflected pressure with experiments.
