以5-甲基色胺盐酸盐和邻溴苯乙酸为例,研究了5-甲基色胺衍生物的合成方法.在室温下用二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)作为脱水剂,N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)活化酯法一锅法合成5.甲基色胺衍生物,并通过FTIR、MS、^1H NMR、^13C NMR确定了目标化合物结构.
The synthetic method of 5-methyltryptamine derivatives has been studied using 5-methyltryptamine hydrochloride and 2-bromophenylacetic acid as the test compounds. The results show that by combining dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC) as a condensation reagent, and N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS) as an activating reagent, a series of amides based on 5-methyltryptamine and substituted phenylacetic acids are synthesized with high yields at room temperature in one pot procedure. The structures of all the products are confirmed by FTIR, MS, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectra.
