英文摘要：

The Center for Land Policy and Law, affiliated in China Agricultural University, held a ＂Roundtable Forum for Land Policy and Law 2014＂ on September 20th in Beijing. The purpose of this paper is to review the participator＇s presentations in the forum. The agreement with all the researchers in forum is clearly that even there were many practice, the controversy of China＇ s rural land tenure reform exists in the theory.The separation of ownership right, contracting right and management right of collective land in rural areas needs more research and legislation. What need to keep watchful views is the trends of non-agricuhuralization of farmland. It is inevitable to separate rural land right, but we need more attentions to clear the significant connotation for the land. We can use the market＇s power to make the land resources use more efficient, but also need to prevent the over capitalization and non-agricuhuralization for collective land in rural areas.
