应用超重力多级同心圆筒式电化学反应装置对含酚废水电解过程进行动力学研究。研究表明:在相同操作条件下,常重力和超重力条件下电解含酚废水过程均符合表观一级反应的动力学规律,并且超重力条件下的准一级反应速率常数0.0145 min-1大于常重力条件下的准一级反应速率常数0.00572 min-1,活化能较小为13.585 kJ/mol,小于常重力条件下的活化能19.277 kJ/mol。说明超重力技术应用于电解含酚废水过程可强化电解含酚废水的传质过程,加快废水降解速率,提高废水降解效果。
The chemical kinetics of phenol-containing wastewater treatment by electrochemistry under high gravity field was studied,which used a high gravity electrochemical reactor with multi-concentric cylindrical electrodes. The results show that the electrochemical degradation under both normal gravity field and high gravity field accords with the apparent first-order kinetics law.The reaction rate constant obtained from electrochemical degradation under high gravity field is 0.01 4 5 min-1 ,which is more than 0.005 72 min-1 obtained from that under normal gravity field.The energy of activation obtained from electrochemical degradation under high gravity field is 1 3.585 kJ/mol,which is less than 1 9.277 kJ/mol obtained from that under normal gravity field.The research indicates that high gravity technology used in electrochemical treatment of phenol-containing wastewater can enhance the mass transfer process of electrochemical degradation,accelerate the degradation rate,and improve the degradation effect.
