高承诺人力资源管理作为一种卓有成效的管理模式,已为理论界和实践领域所关注,企业实施的一系列旨在提高员工组织承诺的实践活动能给个体和企业带来积极产出。通过国内外文献回顾,对高承诺人力资源管理的内涵、结构、测量维度和产出机制等进行了理论综述,并由此构建了高承诺人力资源管理的实施策略框架,最后为其在实际管理情境中的运用提出了建议。
As a type of highly effective management practices,high commitment human resource management (HCHRM) has mostly been used to promote firm's performance based on individual's organizational commitment. This paper focuses on the latest achievements concerning HCHRM and makes a systematic review of the literature in aspects such as concept, dimensions, measurements and effects. Then it contracts a practical framework and proposes the application tactics in actu- al management situation.
