LI Jianqiang, received his B.E. and Ph.D degrees Both from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China, in 2005 and 2009, respectively. In July 2009, he joined in Fujitsu R&D Center, Beijing, where he was involved in research on coherent optical communications. From June 2011 to May 2012, he was with Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, as a postdoc researcher. He is now an associate professor at the State Key Laboratory of Information Photonics and Optical Communi- cations (IPOC), BUPT. His research interests include radio-over-fiber, distributed antenna systems, and optical communication systems. She is currently working toward the Ph.D degree at IPOC, BUPT.Her main research interests include integrated fiber-wireless networks, MAC pro- tocols, and radio-over-fiber systems. CHEN Hao, received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from BUPT, China, in 2011. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at IPOC, BUPT. Her main research interests includeradio-over-fiber systems, distributed antenna systems and digital predistortion. LU Xun, received the B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and technology, Wuhan, China, in 2011. She is currently working toward the M.S. degree at IPOC, BUPT. Her research interests include WLAN MAC protocol and radio-over-fiber networks. XU Kun, received his PhD degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University in 2003. Then he went to Nanyang Technological University of Singapore as a visiting scholar in 2004. In 2005, he won the award of "Talented Person of New Century" made by the Ministry of Education of China. Dr. Xu is currently a professor and deputy director of IPOC, BUPT. His current research interests include optical-wireless convergence and microwave photonics.
