辐射能量吸收率(REA)是一个与线性能量传输(LET)类似的物理量,可用于研究航天器在空间辐射环境中的安全问题。测量REA的设备要比测量LET的设备简单得多,所以PEA适合于空间应用。文章介绍了基于硅半导体探测器的REA测量原理,并给出探测系统的设计方案。
Radiation energy absorbability(REA) is a quantity similar to Linear Energy Transfer (LET) to study the safety of spacecraft in the radiation environment of space. But the equipment for REA is much simpler than that for LET, so that RIgA measurement is suitable for the space application. This paper describes the principle of REA detection based on the silicon solid-state detector, and gives a design of the detecting system.
