教师问题行为是影响学生的学业成绩与身心健康的重要因素。从组织环境的视角分析,影响教师问题行为的学校因素包括:不完善的绩效评估制度、社会学习作用、学校的组织不公平性、缺乏足够的组织支持、格式化的教学制度等。因此,学校管理层需要采取有效的组织控制策略以预防与矫正教师问题行为。
Teacher's probem behavior has a great impact on student's study and physical and psychological health.This paper examined the organizational factors in a school that affect teacher's problem behavior,namely,the deficient performance evaluation system,the role of social learning,the unfairness of the school organization,lack of adequate organizational supoport,the stereotyped teaching system,etc.In addition,the organizatonal control strategy was proposed to prevent and correct teacher's problem behavior.
