对辐射源定标焦平面阵列非均匀性进行了研究,导出了适于成像光谱仪应用的相关算法。分析了成像光谱仪的成像特点.对相应的算法实验结果进行了对比,表明此校正算法能有效提高成像光谱仪干涉图的成像质量,也显著提高了光谱复原的精确性.
By Studing the non-uniformity of FPA in radiation source,an algorithm is proposed and analyzed. Comparisions between the new algorithm and conventional algorithm reveal that the new algorithm can highly improve the imaging qualities of interference pattern and spectral rebuilding precision.
