利用水溶性高聚物PEG作为制备In(OH)3晶体生长的介质,制备了不同形貌和尺寸的 In(OH)3晶体。随着PEG浓度的增加,粒径呈现减小的趋势,且形貌上由不均一的片状渐变形成均一片状。利用SEM、TEM、XRD和傅立叶红外光谱分别对形貌、尺寸、结构和物相等进行了表征和分析。实验结果表明,在600℃条件下焙烧 In(OH)3晶体可以得到轴向尺寸约为30~50 nm 的短片状纳米 In2 O3,其粒子的尺寸较为均一、分散性较好且具有高的纯度。
Nanocrystalline indium hydroxides with the different shape and size were synthesized by using poly-mer PEG as the water-soluble growth medium.The size of indium hydroxides decreased with the increase of PEG concentration,and the morphologies of particles changed from inhomogeneity nanosheets to uniform nanosheets.Nanocrystalline indium oxide nanosheets were obtained upon calcination at the temperature of 600℃ over 3.5 h.The morphology,size and phase structure of indium oxide nanosheets were characterized by scan electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectra. The results showed that the diameters of the as-prepared indium oxide nanosheets were about 30-50 nm length and the as-prepared samples with cube structure were uniform in size,well dispersed and of high purity.
