目的：在中医药常用治法方药中筛选最具抑制肝癌细胞恶性增殖的药物。方法：采用MTT法和细胞形态学检查，观察中药行气活血方、清热解毒方及其各组成药物乙醇提取物及联合细胞毒抗生素G418对肝癌细胞恶性增殖的抑制作用。结果：清热解毒方及各单味药物对肝癌细胞恶性增殖均具有不同程度的抑制作用，存在量效关系；其中5mg／ml白花蛇舌草对肝癌细胞的增殖抑制作用最强（P〈0．05）。行气活血方及各单味药物对肝癌细胞恶性增殖也多具不同程度的抑制作用，存在量效关系；其中5mg／mL预知子的作用尤为突出，强于阳性对照G4180．6mg／mL（P〈0．01）。2．5mg／mL预知子联合0．3mg／mLG418用药，其对肝癌细胞恶性增殖的抑制作用接近0．6mg／mLG418，提示有减量增效作用。无论是单独用药还是联合G418，预知子对肝癌细胞恶性增殖的抑制作用均显著于白花蛇舌草（P〈0．01）。结论：预知子、白花蛇舌草是抑癌扶正行气活血方中抑制肝癌细胞恶性增殖的主要药物，其中预知子的作用最显著。预知子联合细胞毒抗生素，具有减少细胞毒抗生素用量且增效的作用。

英文摘要：

Objective：To select Chinese herbs which can inhibit the hepatoma carcinoma cells malignant proliferation effective ly, from prescriptions of the Chinese medicinal common therapies. Methods ： To observe the inhibiting effect for hepatoma carcino ma cells malignant proliferation, this was generated by ethanol extract of the promoting qi to activate blood prescription and clear ing away heat and toxic materials prescriptions, and the single Chinese herbs which composed the prescriptions, as well as united with cytotoxicity antibiotic G418 ,via MTT and cell morphology examining. Results ： Clearing away heat and toxic materials prescrip tion and the single Chinese herbs which composed prescription all could inhibit hepatoma carcinoma cells malignant proliferation and dose effect relationship existed. In the which, the inhibiting effect of Oldenlandia diffusa ethanol extract （5 mg/mL） was the best（P 〈 0.05 ）. Promoting qi to activate blood prescription and the single Chinese herbs which composed prescription also could inhibit hepatoma carcinoma cells malignant proliferation and dose effect relationship existed too. In the which, the inhibiting effect of Akebia fruit ethanol extract （5 mg/mL） was the best（P 〈0.01 ） ,and also better than G418（0.6 mg/mL）. Akebia fruit ethanol extract （2.5 mg/mL） united with G418 （0.3 mg/mL） could inhibit hepatoma carcinoma cells proliferation well,and the inhibiting effect was close to the G418 （0.6 mg/mL）. This indicated that the united therapy could result in reducing dose and enhancing effect at same time. The inhibiting effect of Akebia fruit ethanol extract is always better than Oldenlandia diffusa, wheth er single use or united G418 use. Conclusion：Akebia fruit and Oldenlandia diffusa are main Chinese herbs to inhibit hepatoma carcinoma cells maliganant proliferation. In the which, Akebia fruit inhibiting effect is remarkable. And Akebia fruit united with G418 could produce reducing dose and enhancing effect at same time.
