以等温模型为基础,对斯特林制冷机的性能进行了计算机仿真计算。通过编程计算分析了一些系统参数变化对理论制冷量、有效制冷量、冷量损失等的影响。得出当充气压力增大或回热器长度减小时,制冷量都随之增大,但制冷效率有一个最优值;当回热器直径变化时,有一个最优值使制冷量和制冷效率最大;当相位角变化时,制冷量有最大值的结论。为设计斯特林制冷机合理选取参数提供了理论依据。
The performance of Stirling cooler was studied based on isothermal mode by computer simulation. The effects of the structural and operation parameters on the theoretical refrigeration capacity, effectively refrigeration capacity and thermal los- ses were calculated. It was concluded that refrigeration capacity increased with the increase of the average pressure or the de- crease of regenerator length, but the refrigeration efficiency had a optimum value ; And the diameter of regenerator had a optimum value to refrigeration efficiency and refrigeration capacity; And refrigeration capacity had a maximum with the increase of the phase angle. The conclusions can provide guidance for designing new Stirling cooler.
