水泥基材料的微观结构是表征其抗碳化性能的重要因素。首先总结了水泥基材料在加速碳化条件下碳化前后固相组成、孔相结构以及液相组成的演变,然后分析了温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度等环境因素对水泥基材料碳化过程及微结构演变的影响,最后介绍了矿物掺合料在水泥基材料碳化方面的应用,并展望了碳化条件下微观结构演变的发展方向。
The microstructure of cement-based materials is a key factor to characterize carbonation resistance. Firstly, the evolutions of solid phase constitution, pore structure and liquid phase constitution of cement-based mate- rials are presented with accelerated carbonation technique before and after carbonation. Meanwhile, the effects of envi- ronmental factors such as temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration on carbonation process and evolution of micro- structure are analyzed in details. In addition, the applications of mineral admixtures to carbonation of cement-based materials and prospects of corresponding research trends are also proposed.
