miRNA是一类内源性的,小的非编码的RNA,它可以调节人类大约30%的蛋白质编码基因。到目前为止,已有400多个人的miRNA被克隆和测序,其中一些miRNA在心血管组织高表达和特异性表达,参与心脏发育、心肌肥大/心力衰竭、电重塑和血管增殖的调节,miRNA在心血管方面的生理和病理意义越来越被关注,将来也很有希望为心血管疾病的治疗提供新的手段。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are endogenous,small,noncoding RNAs that can regulate about 30% of the human protein-coding genes.So far,more than 400 miRNAs have been cloned and sequenced in human and some of them are highly and specifically expressed in cardiovascular tissues.These miRNAs are involved in the regulation of heart development,cardiac hypertrophy/heart failure,electrical remodeling and vascular proliferation.Physiopathological implications of miRNA in the cardiovascular system have been increasingly concerned,which may provide new means of cardiovascular diseases treatment in the future.
