政府重组型国企集团已成为我国国企改革成长的主要方式,但哪些要素影响其成长?这个问题尚缺乏系统的研究.,这影响到国有资产重组的进程、保值增值的实现,以及政府管理国企集团的效率。岭南集团2005~2011年的成长案例显示,“企业资源管理、创新与学习和信托责任”是政府重组型国企集团成长的三个关键要素。其中,良好的企业资源管理能力是政府重组型国企集团成长的基本技术,创新与学习是成长的源动力,信托责任是成长的基本保证,而三种要素的高度耦合是政府重组型国企集团获得可持续竞争优势的关键。
The government-oriented reorganization of state-owned enterprise group companies has become the major pattern Ibr state-owned assets growth, ttowever, there is no systematical research on the determinants of this kind of growth, which will affect the process of state-owned asset reorganization, the value creation, and the efficiency of SOE management by government. Using case analysis method lbr the growth during 2005-2011 in Lingnan Group, we find that resource management, innovation and accountability are the key determinmants tbr the growth of SOE reorganized by govermnent, and resource managent functions as technological basis, innovation functions as gowth source, and accountability functions as growth guarantee. The three factors interact actively, then construct the competive advantages of SOEs reorganized by government
