本实验研究了小菜蛾Plutella xylostella L1.高抗CrylAc种群DBMIAc—R(抗性倍数大于1000)及敏感种群DBMlAc.S的生长发育、繁殖等生物特征情况,组建了两种群的生命表,并对其适合度进行了研究。结果表明,DBMlAc。R的产卵量、卵历期、孵化率和化蛹率、蛹重及雌雄比(9:6),均显著低于DBMlAc—S。DBMlAc—R相对于DBMlAc—S的相对适合度为0.5762,表明CrylAc抗性种群在繁殖能力上存在明显的生存劣势。
A resistant strain (DBM1Ac-R) of Plutella xylostella L. (diamondback moth) with more than 1 000-fold resistance to CrylAc was obtained. Life history characteristics, such as the development and fecundity of susceptible (DBM1Ac-S) and resistant strains, were studied. Life tables were established and the relative fitness cost of developing resistance analyzed. The results show that the DBM1Ac-R strain has distinct reproductive disadvantages, such as a fitness value of 0. 5762, including lower fecundity, hatching rate, pupation rate and sex ratio ( 9 :δ ) , shorter egg period and lighter pupa weight, compared with the non-resistant DBM1Ac-S strain.
