在回顾有关企业核心竞争力识别的相关理论的基础上,阐述了为什么要以顾客价值为原则对核心竞争力进行识别,最后提出了基于顾客价值的核心竞争识别的有效方法。
This paper reviews the present theories of identifying core competency of enterprises, and expatiates the reason why identifying core competency should be based on customer value, at last offers a way of core competency's identification based on customer value.
