将废旧橡胶粉掺入到水泥混凝土中,可制备出新型生态环保筑路材料,即具有吸声功能的道路橡胶粉水泥混凝土。通过试验研究分析了不同掺量橡胶粉对水泥混凝土吸声功能的影响。研究结果表明:随着橡胶粉掺量的增加,水泥混凝土的固有频率降低,阻尼比增大,当掺量在1%~2%时,与普通混凝土相比,阻尼比可提高50%~70%,当橡胶粉掺量超过3%时,约提高到基准值的2~3倍。另外超声波在其中的传播速度减小,即水泥混凝土的吸声功能随橡胶粉掺量的提高而增强,橡胶粉在降噪、防噪中起到了关键性的作用。从其物理力学性能分析可知,水泥混凝土的橡胶粉掺入量在3%~4%时,既能满足道路规范要求,又能达到降噪、防噪的效果。
A new type of ecological road building material is produced by mixing crumb rubber into concrete,which has the function of sound absorption.This function is analyzed with different rubber powder contents.The results show that with the increase of rubber powder content,the natural frequency of concrete decreases and damping ratio increases.The damping ratio increases about 50%-70% when rubber powder content is between 1% and 2%.When the rubber powder content exceeds 3%,the natural frequency will be 2-3 times larger than the base value.The ultrasonic wave propagation velocity in cement mortar decreases,which illustrates that the function of sound absorption improves with the increase of rubber powder content.And the rubber powder plays an important role in noise prevention and reduction of the material.In the view of its physico-mechanical properties,this new type of ecological road building material can meet the standard of road building and achieve the effect of de-noising when the rubber powder content is between 3% and 4%.
