乙酰水杨酸分子印记聚合物的合成条件研究

采用分子印迹技术,以乙酰水杨酸为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成乙酰水杨酸分子印迹聚合物。考察了单体与交联剂比例、引发剂用量、溶剂用量、反应时间和反应温度对特异性吸附量的影响,结果表明:在乙酰水杨酸为0.181 g,丙烯酰胺为0.285 g,交联剂为6.94 g,引发剂为100 mg,溶剂用量为20 m L,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为18 h的条件下,聚合物有较好吸附效果。制备的印迹聚合物对乙酰水杨酸的特异性吸附量为17.7 mg/g。

The molecular imprinted polymer( MIP) was synthesized by precipitation polymerization with acetylsalicylic acid( Asp) as template, acrylamide( AM) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as crosslinker and Azo- iso- butyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator. The factors of influence such as the ratio of monomer to crosslinker,the amount of initiator,the amount of solvent,the reaction time and the reaction temperature were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the amount of crosslinker was 6. 94 g,the amount of initiator was 100 mg,the amount of solvent was 20 m L,the reaction time was 65 ℃and the reaction time was 18 h when the amount of Asp was 0. 181 g and acrylamide was 0. 285 g. The adsorbing capacity of MIP which had specific molecule recognition ability to Asp was 17. 7 mg / g.
