研究了含硼超高锰钢经过不同温度(1080~1140℃)水韧处理后的组织和性能。结果表明,随着水韧处理温度的升高,钢中的晶内碳化物明显减少,当温度升高到1100℃时晶内碳化物几乎完全溶解;水韧处理温度对硬度影响不大;冲击韧性则随水韧处理温度的升高先增加后减小。在低冲击应力磨料磨损条件下,1100℃水韧处理试样的磨损表面形貌SEM照片切痕较均匀,沟槽较少。试验结果表明经1100℃水韧处理后含硼超高锰钢的综合力学性能较好。
The super-high manganese steel was treated at different temperature( 1 080 - 1 140℃ )by water toughening. The results show that with increasing water toughening temperature, the inner crystal carbides decrease evidently in crystal, and dissolve entirely when the temperature is 1 100 ℃. The temperature of water toughening has little effect on the hardness, and the impact toughness increases with increasing toughening temperature at first and then decreases. SEM morphology shows that the shearing trace is uniformity and groove is less on the worn surface of sample water-toughened from 1 100℃. It is revealed that the super-high manganese steel water-toughened from 1 100 ℃ can obtain preferable overall mechanical properties.
