磁流变抛光液在磁流变抛光中起着极其重要的作用,其性能的好坏尤其是其流变性能的好坏直接影响到磁流变抛光的成败。因此在磁流变抛光液配制的过程中需要对磁流变抛光液的流变性进行定量的测试来指导选择其组成成分和确定各成分的比例。本文根据磁流变抛光液在磁场中的流变效应设计制造了一台磁流变仪并详细分析了各部分结构和测试原理,并在此基础上用该装置对自行研制的水基磁流变抛光液试样进行了一系列的实验测量。通过对实验数据的分析,验证了该系统的可靠性并得到了一些配制磁流变抛光液的规律。
Magnetorheological fluid (MR fluid) is extremely important in magnetorheological finishing (MRF). Whether its rheological property is good or not especially decides the success of MRF. It is necessary to test the rheological property quantitatively in the process of MR fluid formulation so as to determine the components and their proportions. A magnetorheometer was designed on the basis of the MR fluid's rheological effect in the magnetic field. The structure and testing principle of the device are introduced in detail. A series of experiments were carried out on water-based MR fluid samples using this device. The reliability of the testing system is verified; and some rules for MR fluid formulation are disclosed through the analysis of the experimental findings.
