面向集成化CAE软件开发的SiPESC研发工作进展

针对我国自主CAE软件发展缓慢的事实,根据现代工程领域的科学研究和产品研发对CAE建模、分析和设计能力提出的需求,研发自主的面向CAE工程与科学计算集成化软件平台SiPESC(Software Integration Platform for Engineering and Scientific Computation).SiPESC以开放性、大规模计算和集成性为发展目标,主要采用面向对象方法与UML技术、跨平台编程环境、XML语言以及基于面向组件和插件的软件设计技术等实现,其集成化功能模块包括面向核心任务管理的集成开发环境、面向系统集成的活动流程图定制工具、面向大规模计算的工程数据库管理系统以及通用数值算法库设计框架等.介绍基于SiPESC的CAE软件系统研发,包括开放式结构有限元分析系统及集成化结构分析与优化设计系统,并给出针对高速列车、风力发电机、火箭、桥梁与坝体等的典型工程分析示例.SiPESC现已具备计算集成的多项基本功能和子系统,为未来的发展奠定良好的基础.

英文摘要:

Due to the slow development of China's CAE software and increasing demand for the CAE modeling,analysis and design,it is of utmost importance to develop independent computational software platform for CAE engineering and for engineering and scientific computation.An integrated software platform SiPESC(Software Integration Platform for Engineering and Scientific Computation) is developed whose objectives are to develop an open,large-scale computational and integrated platform.The implementation of SiPESC employs object-oriented method,UML technology,cross-platform programming environment,XML languages,components and plug-in-based technology.The core modules consist of tasks-oriented development environment,visual active flowchart customized tools for software integration,engineering database management system for large scale computation and the framework design for numerical algorithms library.Based on SiPESC,an open style finite element system and an integrated design optimization system are developed.Several typical engineering applications including high-speed train,wind turbine,rocket,bridge and dam are presented which demonstrate that SiPESC has built core functions for high performance computation and has the capability to integrate multiple computational systems,and therefore has laid a solid foundation for the future development.
