以大学生创新创业项目为载体,利用3D 打印技术,通过“碎纸新生一体机”产品的创新设计实践,探索绿色创新设计.设计围绕“纸垃圾”展开,通过实验验证设想工艺和设计创新点,并展开产品创新设计.对产品的内部结构设计进行创新,将上部的碎纸部分与下部的造纸部分相结合,并经过烘干、压制等过程,产生新的纸制品.取出后,沿着压制的形态即可折成文件盒等纸制品进行二次使用.不仅可以有效解决“纸垃圾”带来的污染,还可以一定程度上节约资源,实现身边废纸资源的回收再利用.
Take college students’ innovative undertaking projects as the carrier,the innovative green design was explored through the practice of innovative design of a “Shredded Paper Recycler” by using 3D printing technology.Focusing on “waste paper”,envisaged process and innovation points were verified by experiment and the design of a new product was carried out.The interior structure of the product was innovatively designed,to be specific,combining the upper shredding paper portions with the lower paper making portion,and after drying,pressing and other processes to produce new paper product.After removal,the product can be folded into paper boxes and other paper products for secondary use.Not only can this product effectively solve the pollution caused by the paper rubbish,it can also conserve resources to some extent and realize the recycling of waste paper.
