为研究PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料尺寸效应及相关力学性能,试验设计了27组不同配合比,测定了不同尺寸、不同纤维含量试件的28d抗压、轴压和抗折强度。结果表明,立方体抗压试件之间存在尺寸效应,且尺寸越小越明显。试件抗折强度随着PVA纤维掺量的增加而增大,但增大趋势逐渐减缓。试验建立了不同纤维掺量下,轴心抗压与立方体抗压强度之间的数值模型。
In order 'to study the size effects and related mechanical properties of PVA fiber reinforced cementitious composite material, the experiments for 27 different groups with different mix proportion are designed, different dimension, 28d compressive strength for different fiber dosage, axial compressive strength and flexural strength are detemined, and related datas are obtained. The results show that cube compressive specimens exist size effect, the size is smaller, the ef- fect.is more obvious. With the increasing of PVA fiber content, flexural strength increases, however, the increasing trend gradually slow down. And the experiment of numerical model is established between axial compressive strength and the cube compressive strength under the different fiber content.
